HOME

Hi, I am back at home in Vancouver. I got home on the 20th. It's nice to be home but I miss and love my friends a lot. Its interesting how much stuff is going on in Vancouver compared to the places I've just been living in. I am working on finishing History 12 which has already proved very useful if not entirely accurate. Katimavik was an amazing experiance, now I am home.
sincerely,
Emma Banks

Billeting

I am with the best family here. There is no vegan akwardness they cook stuff for us and we cook stuff for them. I am billeting with Kristy because some families dropped out at the last minute so Meg had to put us together. I am right is baie st paul which is nice because i can still bike or walk anywhere i want to. The dad and kids are really into cycling, they organize a big race here every year. The mom and the kids are really into volleyball, the mom plays two times a week. Me and Kristy share a room upstairs. Theres a computer with music near us.

Some Info
Related to country: Thailand

Change Makers is a site that Lolli told me about and I went on to it to look to see if they had a newsletter today and I found this story. It's quite a long story, but I think its pretty cool. I read the whole thing and its on the computer!

http://proxied.changemakers.net/journal/03august/index.cfm

read it if you dare.

http://mapleleafweb.com/participation/guides/register_party/federal/

This, on the other hand, is a site that gives information on how to register your own political party. could be useful...
